Meditation

Meditation is a wonderful way of de-stressing one self.

Meditation enables one to go deep into oneself,the real self. The super conscious mind called the divine is hid into oneself. This is different from the gross  superficial self full of thoughts and worries. The super-conscious Self is like deep sea full of peace.

If one is able to link   with the peace within that reduces stress a lot.
